Account and registration

No. Each person on generasi is permitted only one active account. If you open a second account using the same email, phone number, payment method, or linked identity document, we will suspend both accounts during KYC review. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact our support team to recover it rather than creating a new one. Multi-accounting is a breach of our Terms of Use and may result in permanent closure without refund of remaining balance.

On the Member login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We will send a reset link to your registered email. Follow the link, enter a new password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number), and confirm. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. For security, password reset links expire after one hour.

If you notice login attempts you did not make, unusual bets, or balance changes you cannot explain, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication in your account settings. Then contact our support team with your account reference number and details of the suspected unauthorised activity. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. We will review your account activity and may freeze your account pending investigation. If fraudulent transactions occurred, we will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of lost funds.

Payments and transactions

Yes. We support deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment virtual accounts. When you select a bank transfer method during deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number. Transfer the exact amount from your personal bank account to that virtual account. The deposit will be credited to your generasi balance once the bank confirms receipt, typically within minutes but sometimes subject to bank processing times. For withdrawals, we return funds to the original payment method you used for deposit. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the bank and any holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha.

You will be redirected to the payment app or web portal where you authorize the transfer from your digital wallet to generasi. Once you authorize, the funds arrive in your generasi account within seconds. All digital wallet transactions are subject to your personal spending limits and the payment provider's fraud checks.

generasi may provide a welcome offer for new accounts, such as an attractive bonus offer on your first deposit or a new-customer offer. The exact terms depend on your account creation date and jurisdiction. Offers are subject to eligibility criteria: you must complete KYC verification, use a valid payment method, and comply with our terms.
